Impala Terminals Group is seeking a Finance Process Analyst to bridge Finance, IT and Operations during the company’s ERP deployment. You will analyze systems and data, implement metrics and recommend actions to standardize processes and improve efficiency.
This role centralizes process documentation and integration across the organization. Applicants should have 5–7 years in accounting/finance/project management and hands-on ERP experience (Dynamics 365 preferred).
The Finance business process analyst acts as bridge between Finance, IT and Operations. Supports the company transformation and streamline finance processes to improve efficiency, in a context of new ERP deployment. Leverages systems and data analysis to implements metrics and recommend actions. This position plays a central role in process standardisation, documentation and integration within the organisation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Process review, design workflows, write procedures and implements recommendations, Finance process and systems (ERP) integration, Implement controls, improve process accuracy and efficiency, Central point of contact for stakeholders on finance process and systems integration, Translate business data into measurable metrics and recommend actions, Define and maintain KPIs related to finance processes, Process review, design workflows, and implements recommendations, Maintain databases and documentation to be shared across the organisation, Manage projects and lead process changes, deploy new tools, Streamline master data management and controls.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business administration or engineering, 5 - 7 years in accounting, internal control, controlling, finance project management, Proven experience with ERP or finance systems implementation (Dynamics 365 preferred), Project management and process design skills, Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, Ability to structure ambiguous requirements into clear action plans, Proficient in verbal and written English, with emphasis in redacting procedures.
