Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Internal Audit.
• Professional certification (CPA, CIA, or CFE) is highly preferred.
• 5-7 years of solid experience in financial control or governance, business process mapping, internal controls, or risk management.

Responsabilités

• Utilize process mapping to draft and standardize Finance policies and authority limits aligned with Controller mandates.
• Lead process walkthroughs to identify gaps and risks in workflows and develop standardized protocols.
• Conduct deep-dive reviews to ensure policy compliance and identify control concerns or potential fraud.
• Monitor compliance rates and policy adoption, reporting deviations and recommending corrective actions.
• Serve as the lead contact for auditors regarding Finance controls and audit readiness.
• Prepare governance analytics for leadership highlighting financial compliance and governance risks.
• Translate control frameworks into clear guidelines and conduct training across departments.
• Benchmark policies against industry best practices and propose improvements.
