Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead CFO & Enterprise Value initiatives in Manila, spanning system integration, design, and project leadership across SAP, Oracle and Workday ecosystems. You will drive finance transformations and work directly with CFOs and finance teams to deliver strategic ERP solutions.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of experience in ERP projects, CPA or MBA, and a proven track record in end-to-end finance processes and cross-country deployments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP FICO and Oracle Financials/Oracle Fusion/Oracle EBS.
• Deep knowledge of SAP and other ERP integration projects and cross-module design.
• Understanding of SAP Reporting and Customization capabilities; Fiori and dashboard development in SAP Core ERP.

Responsibilities

• Lead system integration projects for the Finance module, including design, blueprinting, solutioning and PoC development.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery and ensure integration with other modules.
• Engage clients through workshops and reviews to secure outcomes and satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement in ERP methodologies, tools, and practices.
