Job summary

Accenture Philippines invites finance-ERP experts to help CFOs and finance teams transform processes using SAP, Oracle, and Workday, delivering measurable value. You will work on ERP design, delivery, and business development across onshore/offshore models with major clients.

This role emphasizes end-to-end finance processes, governance, and rapid delivery of high-impact ERP solutions within a global, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• CPA or MBA designation preferred.
• Experience in ERP like SAP FICO, Oracle Financials/Oracle Fusion/Oracle EBS, and Workday.
• Finance business process knowledge related to O2C, P2P and R2R.
• Understanding of SAP reporting and customization, Fiori and dashboard development.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project delivery, client conversation and manage stakeholders on the project both internal and external
• Participate with a team of experienced resources and direct/guide teams on project executions as per planned timelines
• Participate in the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality within time and budget constraints
• Effectively coordinate with client organizations and work towards maintaining and enhancing client relationships
• Participate in ERP application design aspects and assess project requirements to identify the best solution for clients
• Identify opportunities using/building own network within and outside firm to drive business development activities
• Prepare response to RFP and drive client conversation/presentations to dive business opportunities
• Prepare business case, solution options, project plans, estimates and staffing requirements for ERP opportunities and use them in proposals
