Job summary

Clinique de Paris Inc. in Makati is seeking a Finance Supervisor to support daily operations, supervise the finance team, and ensure policy compliance. The role covers reporting, budgeting, and oversight of AP/AR processes, with close collaboration across HR and external auditors.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance, 3–5 years’ experience, and is proficient in QuickBooks and payroll tasks. Prior supervisory exposure is preferred; weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• CPA license is an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years accounting/finance experience.
• Experience supervising or overseeing teams preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and payroll functions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Manager in daily operations and team supervision.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Oversee Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable processes, including billing, collections, payments, and reconciliations.
• Monitor expenses, cash flow, bank transactions, and account balances for accuracy.
• Manage day-to-day QuickBooks activities, including GL postings, reconciliations, payroll entries, and system maintenance.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, external auditors, and outsourced payroll providers on financial matters.
• Track and process government permits, licenses, statutory filings, and related documentation.
• Identify and support finance process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and payroll information.
