You will lead a team of analysts and service specialists handling financial transactions, payments, collections, or account servicing, driving efficiency and a high-performance culture while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in financial services operations, banking, lending, insurance, fintech, or BPO financial accounts.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of operational processes, performance management, and customer service delivery.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations to ensure achievement of SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of financial services professionals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and audit requirements.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and complex operational issues.
• Analyze operational metrics and identify process improvement opportunities.
