JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Manila is seeking a Finance Operations Specialist to manage all aspects of commission collections for outstanding supplier invoices. You will ensure accurate supplier balances, data integrity, and effective communication with suppliers to support business growth.

You will collaborate with VIP advisors' teams, run commission reports, and contribute to process improvements while working in a night shift schedule in a dynamic, global finance operations environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in commission collections.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, data manipulation, and data mining.
• Exceptional communication and mathematical skills.
• High degree of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work on a night shift schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Research outstanding supplier invoices to determine payment status using back-office systems and clearing house websites
• Verify invoice cancellations and status through GDS systems
• Communicate directly with suppliers regarding outstanding invoices
• Oversee dedicated VIP advisors’ outstanding invoices to ensure accounts remain in good standing
• Run outstanding commission reports as requested by VIP advisors
• Provide Service Desk support for agents requesting collection assistance
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned to support business needs
