Hellmann is seeking an Specialist - Finance Accounting in the Philippines. The role focuses on transactional accounting, period-end closing, banking, billing, tax support, and reporting to ensure compliance and efficiency within the Nominated Hellmann legal entity.

You will work with local stakeholders, SSC colleagues, and global finance teams to deliver accurate financial processing and reduce operational risk in day-to-day finance operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Billing, Receivables & Period-End Closing Prepare, issue, and dispatch outgoing invoices and support receivables monitoring and overdue collection
• Perform month-End and period-End closing activities, including accrual postings, reversals, and controlling support
• Prepare standard financial reports for internal stakeholders
• Transactional Accounting & Banking Operations Execute end-to-end transactional accounting activities, including invoice processing, bank and cash management, transaction postings, transfers, and reconciliations Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant recording of financial transactions in line with company policies
