Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Project Management Intern for Financial Operations to assist with monthly reporting, data maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Proficient in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets.
Comfortable working with large amounts of data and multiple data sources.
Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain supporting schedules, working files, and data sets for monthly/quarterly financial reporting.
Create and maintain financial reports and dashboards using Google Sheets and other Google Workspace tools.
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and areas for investigation.
Coordinate with stakeholders to validate information and gather business context.
Consolidate stakeholder responses and track outstanding items to ensure clarity.
Flag unresolved items requiring Finance review and follow-up.
Track project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables for Financial Operations initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve or automate financial reporting and processes.
Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
