Job summary

Laus Group of Companies in the Philippines seeks an Operations Support professional to assist the Group COO and VP of Operations and Special Projects. They will consolidate and analyze reports, support initiatives, draft letters, and help update the LausGroup Policies and Procedures Manual.

The role involves preparing presentations for internal meetings, trainings, and seminars, and communicating effectively with diverse audiences. Willing to be assigned in San Fernando, Pampanga.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in business, finance or accounting as listed.
• At least 4 years of experience in business operations, finance, and/or accounting.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to present oral material and write clearly for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to the Group COO and VP for Operations and Special Projects.
• Prepares, consolidates, and analyzes reports requested by the Office of the Group COO.
• Assists in overseeing a range of Group COO-led initiatives.
• Drafts letters, memos, etc. on behalf of the Group COO.
• Assists in the continuous updating of the LausGroup Policies and Procedures Manual.
• Prepares presentations for internal meetings, trainings, and seminars.
