You will handle bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and payroll processing while ensuring tax compliance and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Payroll processing with government compliance in the Philippines.
• Preparation of financial reports and liaising with auditors.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and manage general ledger
• Process bill payments and vendor payments
• Process and review payroll for government compliance
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and government requirements
• Prepare documentation for tax filing and BIR
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Handle corporate compliance requirements
