Billiomerce corp. in the Philippines is seeking a Finance Officer who can improve financial processes, monitor spending, and provide management with clear insights and recommendations.
This role reports to the CEO and works with the Finance Team and department leaders. You will develop budgets, forecasts, and reports; review requests; monitor accounts payable/receivable; and help safeguard confidential financial information with strong analytical skills and integrity.
We are looking for an analytical, trustworthy, and systems-oriented Finance Officer who can improve our financial processes, monitor company spending, and provide management with clear financial insights and recommendations. This role will work closely with the CEO, Finance Team, and department leaders to ensure that company funds are properly allocated, monitored, and used according to business priorities.
Develop and improve finance systems, policies, workflows, trackers, and approval processes
Prepare monthly budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and financial reports
Review expense and payment requests for completeness, necessity, and budget availability
Recommend whether proposed expenses should be approved, adjusted, deferred, or rejected
Provide financial insights and budget-allocation recommendations to management
Monitor actual spending versus approved departmental budgets
Identify overspending, financial risks, cash-flow concerns, and cost-saving opportunities
Coordinate with department leaders regarding their budgets, expenses, and financial requirements
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and upcoming obligations
Ensure financial documents, supporting receipts, and payment records are accurate and complete
Graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management, Management Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related course
Preferably with 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, or financial reporting
Strong understanding of budgeting, cash-flow management, expense controls, and finance systems
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and financial reporting tools
Can analyze financial data and translate it into clear recommendations
Highly organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and responsible with confidential information
Strong communication and coordination skills
Can confidently provide financial recommendations to management
CPA license is an advantage but not required
