Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Finance Officer to join our finance team at Harton Corporate Center, Parañaque City. The role focuses on regional AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation activities, with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

The position is on-site with shifting schedule; ideal candidates have accounting education and 3–5 years of experience, strong numerical and analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems. Health benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation activities, investigating and resolving account escalations as needed.
• Reconcile financial records routinely against general ledger accounts to ensure accurate, compliant reporting.
• Support dispute resolutions with key vendors and customers to maintain healthy partner relationships.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports in alignment with organizational and corporate guidelines.
• Review current financial processes continuously to update regional guidelines and maintain strict corporate compliance.

Your Role

As a Finance Officer, you will:

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Prior bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Working knowledge or experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Experience using CRM software platforms.
• Experience in process optimization and updating financial guidelines.
