Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance required; CPA/MBA advantageous.
- 5+ years progressive experience in accounting/finance roles.
- Strong resources/people management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder engagement.
- SAP Business One proficiency or familiarity with ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the finance department's operations and set goals/objectives.
- Produce financial reports related to budgets, payables, receivables, expenses.
- Develop, monitor and manage budgets and financial models.
- Conduct pricing, market research and risk assessments for opportunities.
- Provide cost-cutting and efficiency strategies without compromising operations.
- Collaborate with other departments on plans and future directions.
