Job summary

All Asian Countertrade, Inc. in Makati City seeks an Accounting Manager to supervise Accountants, review reports, and approve payables with coordination from Senior Accounting Manager to ensure compliance.

The role also prepares monthly financial reports for a subsidiary. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accountancy (CPA preferred), 4–5 years of relevant experience, and at least 2 years in management, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, CPA preferred.
• 4–5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience.
• Accurate, comfortable with numbers and organized.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide electronic approval of daily payables.
• Approve Makati accounts payables for logistics, petty cash, and admin expenses.
• Request approval and upload government payments (SSS, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH).
• Review monthly bank reconciliation for AACI and JSYC.
• Prepare VAT and income tax return schedules for JSYC.
• Prepare monthly Sales Summary of JSYC and monthly Financial Statements.
• Supervise and monitor all General Accountants in entries and transactions.
• Assist in developing and implementing new procedures to enhance workflow.
