Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA certification.
• 7+ years in financial control, accounting ops, and reporting.
• 2–3 years in people leadership.
• Experience in insurance finance operations preferred.
• Ability to drive process improvements and system modernization.
