Job summary

Perf Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial planning and analysis, drive strategies, and simplify processes to grow the business. The role focuses on gross profit management, product analytics, and managing the main office and operations budget within a hybrid Ortigas, Pasig work arrangement.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of FP&A experience, and a 4-year finance or business degree, with proven ability to manage GP, advertising & promotions, and G&A expenses.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year finance or business-related course.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis.
• Experience in managing P&L items such as gross margins, advertising & promotions, and G&A expenses.
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City on a hybrid set-up (2 days, 3 days work-from-home).

Responsibilities

• Manages gross profit strategy and implements plans to reach target GP.
• Analyzes cost savings opportunities and supports variance analysis.
• Collaborates with R&D, Demand Team, SPG and Supply Chain to implement plans.
• Leads product analytics and ensures correct GP for launches and campaigns.
• Manages main office and operations budget and provides cost-saving insights.
