Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Philippines Inc is seeking a Finance Manager who will partner with the Philippines General Manager and report to the Division CFO. The role drives financial planning & analysis, monthly performance reporting, weekly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term planning, delivering detailed insights and tracking country performance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, balance sheet oversight, risk management, and coordinating statutory audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in FP&A and P&L management.
• Experience in a multinational company and manufacturing context is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local taxation.
• Big4 audit background is a plus; CA/CPA is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with country stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights for decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance analysis.
• Ensure statutory and group reporting requirements are met.
• Oversee tax compliance and external audit coordination.
• Maintain internal controls and risk mitigation aligned with policies.
