JOBS360 is recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager role based in the Philippines (Mabalacat, Pampanga). The position offers progression within the client environment or within our BPO management team, depending on leadership potential and career goals.

The role covers the full finance function: AP/AR, month-end close, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, and cost controls. Payroll and POS exposure are preferred; CPA/CA is ideal but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years accounting or finance manager experience
• Experience across all key aspects of the finance function: AP, AR, balance sheet adjustments, month-end close, budgeting/forecasting, management reports
• Payroll experience is ideal
• POS systems experience is ideal
• Experience working with Australian-based teams (ideal)

Responsibilities

• Oversee full finance function and lead the team in the Philippines
• Ensure accurate AP/AR processing and timely month-end close
• Prepare and analyse management reports and budgets/forecasts
• Collaborate with cross-border teams and client stakeholders
• Drive process improvements and governance within finance

• Xero accounting software (ideal)

• Working in an Australian business context (ideal)

Skills :

• Highly organised and self-motivated

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the function

• Ability to make changes and diplomatically hold the client team accountable

• Experience working remotely with Australian-based teams (ideal)

• Potential to grow into leading other team members in the Philippines (ideal)

Education :

• Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance or Business

• CPA/CA qualification - completed or in progress (ideal)
