Job summary

TP ICAP Group in the Philippines seeks a Manager-level finance professional to support the Broker Compensation process across asset classes, including accruals, statements, and deferrals. You will work with Finance to improve controls and drive process efficiency.

The role requires CPA or equivalent with at least five years in financial services, strong analytical and reconciliation abilities, and advanced Excel and finance systems like Oracle.

Qualifications

• CPA or Part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with minimum 5 years of experience.
• Experience in financial services or similar environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end Broker Compensation process for assigned asset classes, including preparing bonus accrual calculations and payroll submission.
• Coordinate distribution of bonus statements and ensure timely payroll submissions.
• Assist in calculating and recording Broker Equity deferrals and perform initial review of outputs for accuracy.
