Job summary

BUZUD (Roffe International Holdings Pte Ltd) is seeking a seasoned finance leader in Singapore to drive strategic FP&A, governance, and tax compliance across multiple channels, including retail showrooms, e-commerce, and B2B medical distribution.

The role oversees day-to-day finance operations, implements robust internal controls, and partners with C-suite executives to optimize working capital and growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or ACCA/CA/CPA qualified.
• 5–8 years of progressive finance experience with at least 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in Healthcare/MedTech, Retail FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or Multi-channel E-commerce preferred.
• Hands-on ERP and cloud accounting platforms experience; SAP, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Xero or QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical, executive communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across retail showrooms, e-commerce, and B2B medical distribution channels.
• Oversee day-to-day finance operations: AP, AR, GL, inventory, payroll; ensure timely financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Standards, IRAS, and transfer pricing; manage external auditors and tax consultants.
• Maintain robust inventory controls, COGS tracking, and SOPs; drive process standardization and efficiency.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across retail showrooms, e-commerce, and B2B medical distribution channels.

  • Evaluate unit economics, gross margins by product line, sales channel profitability, and marketing expenditure ROI.

  • Partner with C-suite executives and business heads to formulate growth strategies, working capital optimization, and financial risk mitigation.

• 2. Financial Governance & Operations Oversight

  • Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting functions, supervising finance executives handling full set operations (AP, AR, GL, inventory, payroll).

  • Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and timely submission.

  • Manage corporate cash flow, FX risk exposure, treasury functions, and bank relationship management.

• 3. Statutory Compliance, Audit & Tax

  • Ensure strict compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), IRAS tax requirements, and transfer pricing guidelines.

  • Lead corporate tax computations, GST filings, and statutory reporting.

  • Manage relationship with external auditors, tax consultants, bank managers, and corporate secretarial service providers.

• 4. Inventory Financial Control & Process Standardization

  • Maintain strong internal controls over inventory accounting, stock valuations, COGS tracking, and reconciliation across central warehouses and retail channels.

  • Implement and refine internal financial controls, SOPs, and accounting system workflows to drive operational efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or ACCA / CA / CPA qualified.

• Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory or management capacity.

• Industry Background: Prior experience in Healthcare / MedTech, Retail FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or Multi-channel E-commerce is strongly preferred.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Hands-on expertise with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Dynamics 365, NetSuite) and cloud accounting platforms (Xero, QuickBooks).

  • Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, scenario analysis).

• Leadership & Soft Skills: Excellent analytical capabilities, executive communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-growing environment.
