Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead financial operations and oversee end-to-end billing and invoicing processes. You will deliver comprehensive reporting and analytics to optimize invoicing while upholding audit standards.

Detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and guarantee strict SLA compliance. Responsible for driving end-to-end billing cycle, deliver comprehensive reporting and analysis, and leverage deep understanding of Revenue and Operational metrics to optimize invoicing while upholding audit standards.

Financial Processing & SLA Management:

• Manage high-volume billing and invoicing workflows, ensuring all daily and monthly financial transactions and reports meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) without delay.

Analysis & Reporting:

• Conduct Invoice analysis, attend to stakeholders' and clients' Invoice queries, variance reporting, and assist with month-end close processes to ensure complete financial accuracy and prevent billing discrepancies.

Compliance & Quality Control:

• Ensure all financial transactions and reports, accruals, and invoicing processes strictly adhere to internal controls and third-party audit standards.

Client Communication:

• Act as the primary financial liaison for internal stakeholders and external clients, resolving escalations and communicating billing adjustments clearly and professionally.

Tool Utilization:

• Utilize standard financial and invoicing platforms as a highly proficient end-user to execute daily financial operations and analyze necessary reports.

Qualifications:

• Professional Experience: Proven experience in finance operations and billing.
• Technical Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience operating as an end-user within financial systems and invoicing tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong capability in Invoice analysis, variance tracking, and reviewing financial reports to spot errors prior to submission.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written client communication skills, with the ability to de-escalate issues and clearly explain financial concepts or corrections to stakeholders and clients.
• Bonus Experience: Background in Workforce Management and Financial Analysis is a strong plus.
