As the Finance Manager at JR&R Distributors Inc.', you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company's financial operations and reporting for Palawan. • Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Managing the accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including monitoring cash flow and maintaining strong financial controls
• Overseeing the preparation and filing of tax returns and other regulatory reports
• Analyzing financial data and providing strategic insights to support decision-making by the executive team
• Collaborating with the operations team to improve financial processes and implement cost-saving measures
• Supervising and mentoring the finance team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
