Job summary

Viventis Search Asia is seeking a Finance Manager in Mandaluyong City and Caloocan City to lead day-to-day accounting, payroll, and financial reporting in line with GAAP/IFRS. You will drive budgeting, cash flow management, month‑end/year‑end closes, internal controls, and external audits while mentoring the finance team and advising the CFO on strategic decisions.

CPA designation is a plus; 7–10+ years in accounting/finance with supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA designation is a plus.
• Experience: 7–10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Financial Acumen: Strong working knowledge of dealership accounting procedures.
• Leadership & Organization: Excellent organizational ability, high attention to detail, strong leadership, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and fixed assets.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets.
• Coordinate and manage external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses in collaboration with department heads.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting/finance team.
• Support the CFO with financial insights for strategic planning and business decisions.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders.
