Job summary

IGG in Metro Manila is seeking a Finance professional to take charge of bookkeeping, monthly closes, and financial reporting in line with GAAP/IFRS and local regulations. The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics, CPA/ACCA preferred, and at least 3 years of experience in Retail or FMCG, with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills, plus Mandarin language ability.

Job description

(1)Bookkeeping: Prepare accounting vouchers, and complete timely system data entry and monthly accounting close..

(2)Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts in compliance with GAAP/IFRS and local regulations.

(3)DailyOperations: Review expenditure documents and contracts form finance perspective, supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory and fix assets.

(4)Tax & Compliance: Prepare tax filings and ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.

(5)Financial Analysis: Assist in preparing financial analysis reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making.

Requirements & Qualifications

(1)Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. CPA/ACCA certification is highly preferred.

(2)Experience: 3+ years of financial experience, specifically within the Retail or FMCG industry.

(3)Software Proficiency: Proficient in ERP systems (e.g.,SAP, Oracle), financial softwareand advanced Excel skills.

(4)LanguageSkills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Mandarin.

(5)Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills, high integrity, and the ability to work under tight reporting deadlines.
