We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with solid experience in the loan portfolio, lending, financing, or financial services industry. The successful candidate will oversee financial planning, reporting, portfolio-related financial analysis, and accounting operations while providing insights to support business and management decisions.
Oversee the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Monitor and analyze the loan portfolio, including loan receivables, collections, interest income, provisions, and portfolio performance.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Analyze financial and portfolio data to identify trends, risks, variances, and opportunities.
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, funding requirements, and working capital.
Ensure accurate accounting of loans, interest income, fees, provisions, and related financial transactions.
Establish and maintain effective financial controls and accounting policies.
Coordinate with Accounting, Operations, Credit, Risk, Treasury, and other departments on financial matters.
Support financial audits, regulatory requirements, and compliance activities.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for business planning and decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant Finance/Accounting experience, preferably with managerial or supervisory experience.
Strong experience in loan portfolio, lending, financing, consumer finance, microfinance, or other financial services environments.
Solid understanding of loan accounting, portfolio reporting, financial analysis, cash flow management, and financial controls.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
CPA or other relevant professional certification is an advantage.
