Qualifications

• At least 8 years in finance management, preferably FMCG.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to join our team in Carmona, Cavite. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and providing strategic financial leadership to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic and operational decision-making

• Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and recommend areas for improvement

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial records and transactions

• Oversee accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives

• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls

• Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and best practices

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 8 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably within the FMCG or accounting industry

• Strong knowledge of Finance Manager and Controller best practices, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements

• Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights

• Experience in leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing finance team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred
