Job summary

FOURMANN CO. in the Philippines seeks a Finance Manager to oversee the company’s finance and accounting functions, including accounting, budgeting, treasury, compliance, cost accounting, payroll, and financial reporting, and to lead the finance team.

The ideal candidate is a CPA with management-level finance/accounting experience, preferably from manufacturing and PEZA-registered environments, capable of driving performance and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• CPA with management-level finance/accounting experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred, PEZA-registered environment advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, budgeting, treasury, compliance, cost accounting, payroll and financial reporting.
• Lead the finance team and drive performance.
