Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Finance Lead to head financial planning, analysis, and reporting for a Facilities Management client account within REMS. As the primary finance business partner, you will drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic insights while ensuring accurate reporting and billing. You will manage client stakeholders and lead a team of finance professionals supporting the account.

Location: Bengaluru, KA, India. 48 scheduled hours per week.

Qualifications

• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent.
• 8–12 years of progressive finance experience with 3–4 years in management or business partnering.
• Proven record in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Planning & Business Partnership with client leadership and operations.
• Lead budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles aligning with service delivery goals.
• Provide financial insights and performance analysis to drive decisions.
• Oversee billing, revenue recognition, and AR performance for the client account.
• Mentor and develop finance analysts; drive process improvements and automation.
