Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Bengaluru invites a Chartered Accountant with 5+ years’ experience to join the REMS Controllership team. You will oversee revenue recognition, project costing, financial reporting and accounting processes, acting as a business partner to support management decisions.

The role requires strong Excel skills, deep knowledge of accounting principles and a proactive, collaborative mindset to drive standardization and control across the finance function.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 5+ years of experience in revenue recognition, project costing, financial reporting and statutory compliance.
• Experience handling accounting processes in real estate/construction sectors is a plus.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and management accounting practices is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close, audits, and financial reporting for the designated business unit.
• Revenue recognition, project costing and management of working capital for the PDS business.
• Account reconciliations, general ledger, AP/AR and inter-company transactions.
• Maintain internal controls and support SOX-related certifications and compliance initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to address accounting queries and drive process improvements.
