Job summary

Innity Philippines Inc. is seeking a dedicated Finance Intern to support the Finance team in General Accounting Operations, including Payables, Billing and Collection. You will assist with daily tasks, filing, documentation, and coordinating with vendors under supervision.

The role requires enrollment in Accountancy, Finance, or related fields, preferably in year 3 or 4, with college endorsement for internship programs or a letter of intent for voluntary internships.

Responsibilities

• Record disbursement transactions to the accounting system and assist filing with attachments.
• Assist in filing and scanning issued invoices and recording a sales order during invoice prep.
• Assist in filing and scanning receipts for proper documentation.
• Any tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
