Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial documents such as invoices, expense reports, and financial statements
• Record and organize financial transactions in accounting software
• Help with bank reconciliations and other bookkeeping tasks
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Assist in tax filing and compliance documentation
• Conduct research on accounting best practices
• Perform other accounting‑related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus
