Airbus Helicopters Philippines Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Finance Intern to gain hands-on exposure to accounts payable, tax support, and financial analysis while working with senior accountants and the finance manager on daily operations and strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, with solid Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and a basic understanding of SAP or similar ERP systems.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Solid foundation in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic financial functions).
Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP) Processing: Review, code, and enter vendor invoices with high accuracy; match POs, receiving reports, and invoices; assist bi-monthly payment run prep and vendor reconciliation.
Tax Compliance & Reporting Support: Prepare schedules for quarterly/annual tax filings; collect tax forms; perform routine tax research.
Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial statements and build basic financial models; track performance vs budgets/forecasts; highlight key drivers.
Data Management & Process Improvement: Clean and analyze financial datasets; identify opportunities to streamline AP workflows and tax docs using automation.
