Job summary

You will work closely with senior accountants and the finance manager, directly contributing to day-to-day corporate financial operations and strategic decision-making. Qualifications

• Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Solid foundation in core accounting principles (debits/credits, accruals, GL structure) and basic tax concepts.
• Knowledge or proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic financial functions).
• Familiarity with accounting/ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable (AP) Processing: Review, code, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system with high accuracy.
• Match purchase orders, receiving reports, and invoices (3-way matching) to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with the bi-monthly payment run prep and vendor reconciliation regarding payment statuses.
