Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Philippines Inc. is seeking a Finance Intern to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, core accounting operations, accounts payable, and tax support under the guidance of senior accountants.

You will contribute to day-to-day financial operations and assist in monthly close, variance analysis, and KPI reporting, while exploring opportunities to streamline AP workflows with automation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Solid foundation in accounting principles (debits/credits, accruals, GL).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and enter codes with accuracy; perform 3-way matching.
• Assist with quarterly/annual tax filings and vendor tax forms.
• Support analysis of financial statements and basic financial models; track variances vs. budget/forecasts.
• Clean and analyze financial datasets to support monthly close and KPI reporting.
