SoftwareOne in Manila is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Intern to support daily finance operations, including preparing and processing financial documents, invoicing customers, and ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare official receipts by computing and writing the correct amount.
• Scan official receipts and prepare transmittals before sending to customers.
• File receiving copies and BIR Form 2307 from customers.
• Create and send invoices and statements to customers.
• Check data input to ensure accuracy of the final bill.
• Print invoice billings and prepare transmittals prior to sending them to customers.
• Send hard and soft copies of invoices to customers via email and courier.
