You will coordinate with customers, partner banks, insurance providers, and registration partners to ensure complete, accurate, and timely documentation. You will monitor loan and insurance status, prepare required documents, and provide updates to Sales and Management teams.

The Finance & Insurance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring vehicle financing and insurance transactions from application to vehicle release. This role ensures that customer requirements, bank approvals, insurance policies, and release documents are complete, accurate, and processed on time.

The position works closely with customers, the Sales and Accounting teams, partner banks, financing companies, insurance providers, and registration partners to ensure a smooth and efficient vehicle purchase experience.

Key Responsibilities

Bank Financing Coordination

• Coordinate customer financing applications with partner banks and financing companies.
• Prepare and submit required documents for bank approval.
• Monitor loan applications and follow up on approval status.
• Coordinate with banks regarding Purchase Orders (PO), loan documents, and vehicle release requirements.

Insurance Coordination

• Assist customers in securing vehicle insurance through accredited insurance providers.
• Prepare and submit insurance requirements and vehicle information.
• Monitor insurance quotations, approvals, payments, and policy issuance.
• Coordinate with insurance providers regarding policy corrections, updates, and concerns.

Vehicle Release Coordination

• Ensure all financing and insurance requirements are completed before vehicle release.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, LTO/Registration, banks, and insurance providers.
• Monitor customer transactions from financing approval through vehicle release.

Documentation & Monitoring

• Maintain accurate and organized records of financing and insurance transactions.
• Monitor pending documents, approvals, and vehicle releases.
• Provide regular updates to the Sales and Management teams regarding pending transactions.

Customer Assistance

• Assist customers with financing and insurance-related inquiries.
• Explain basic financing and insurance requirements.
• Guide customers throughout the financing and insurance process.
