Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting/finance/business/admin or related field.
• At least 5 years in a managerial finance role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, tax regs, and compliance.
• Proficient with financial systems, HRIS, and office tools (Excel, QuickBooks, SAP).
• CPA is an advantage.
• Experience in a startup/dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for management and regulatory compliance.
• Manage payroll processing in coordination with HR and external providers.
• Monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting with external accountants or government agencies.
• Manage relationships with banks, vendors, and other financial institutions.
