Job summary

RCX RECRUITMENT INC. is seeking a senior finance leader responsible for management accounting, profitability, and planning. The role requires leading the monthly planning loop, building automated margin reporting, and delivering strategic pricing analysis for loan-related products.

You will report to a foreign parent company and own P&L and budgeting processes. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in finance, strong Excel and BI tooling proficiency, and a proven track record of establishing robust

Responsibilities

• Build contribution-margin reporting by product and sales channel, and automate it monthly.
• Propose pricing structures and product economics for CEO approval.
• Own the monthly planning loop: consolidation, monitoring, variance explanations, and re-plan proposals.
• Run management meetings based on performance results and maintain budget-versus-actual loops on schedule.
• Approve disbursements above thresholds with proper segregation of duties.

Job Descriptions;

1. Management Accounting & Profitability

• Build contribution-margin reporting by product, and sales channel, and automate it to run monthly without manual rework.
• Ensure contribution-margin reports are produced monthly without manual intervention for executive decision-making.

2. Pricing & Product Economics

• Propose interest-rate structures and yield floors required to absorb a 10% cost of funds, drafting business cases for CEO approval.
• Deliver recommendations on loan amount, tenor, loan-to-value (LTV), and product line-ups for CEO approval.

3. Planning & Performance Management

• Own the monthly loop: plan consolidation → monitoring → variance explanation → re-plan proposals.
• Run management meetings based on performance results and maintain the budget-versus-actual loop on schedule.

4. Payment Approval

• Approve disbursements above a defined threshold, ensuring strict structural segregation from those booking and executing payments.

MUST-HAVE

• At least 8-year in finance, covering both FP&A and controllership.
• Demonstrated track record of building a management reporting or planning process from scratch.
• Experience reporting to a foreign parent company.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with BI tooling.
• have personally owned the P&L, loan-loss provisioning, or budget-vs-actual of a loan book at a lending, financing, banking or insurance company.
