Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.

• At least 6–10 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, basic taxation and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in MS Excel and standard accounting/reporting tools.
• EA will work closely with the COO to support financial discipline, strengthen reporting, and improve business processes across the organization.
• Strong foundation in accounting, detail-oriented, and able to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Role involves supporting process improvements and systems alignment across departments.
