International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Makati seeks an experienced PeopleSoft ERP Administrator to manage and optimize the Financial ERP landscape. You will support project implementations, perform ERP testing, and maintain documentation and procedures.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years with PeopleSoft ERP, strong knowledge of Financials modules, integrations, and IT security, and is able to work on site in Makati City, Philippines. English proficiency required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft ERP application administration, support, maintenance, or engineering.
• Solid hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financials modules (Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Asset Management, Travel and Expenses, Banking, Cash Management and Lease Administration)
• Good knowledge of ERP integrations, interfaces, databases, and financial data flows.
• Experience with ERP upgrades, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, and release management.
• Experience in functional, integration and regression testing of ERP and integrated application systems.
• Experience working with IT service-management processes, including incidents, problems, changes, and SLAs/OLAs
• Good understanding of IT security, data protection, and application governance.
• Good verbal and written English skills; knowledge of French an asset
• Must be amenable to work in Makati City, Philippines

• Resolves incidents and requests within SLAs/OLAs and ensures timely resolutions.
• Manages tickets proactively and contributes to backlog monitoring.
• Provides 24/7 product support per staff regulations.

• Administers, maintains, and supports the technological landscape (Financial ERP and satellites), ensuring seamless integration within the ICRC application ecosystem

• Supports the implementation of the relevant project or programs inside the product line.

• Performs and supports functional, integration and regression testing.

• Maintains technical documentation, system knowledge, and operational procedures.

• Performs regular system updates, patching, and maintenance to ensure security and reliability

• Monitors the ERP environments for performance, security, and availability issues.

• Resolves assigned incidents and requests while ensuring resolution time commitments are met according to the service and operational level agreements (SLAs and OLAs).

• Ensures that the tickets are managed and followed pro-actively / contribute to the monitoring of all product tickets and requests proactively (and management of backlog).

• Provides round-the-clock product support, adhering to the procedures and shifts / on call schedules outlined in the staff regulations.

EDUCATION REQUIRED

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft ERP application administration, support, maintenance, or engineering.
