Manage the flow of finance documents, assist with audits, and maintain a robust document-control system for accurate reporting. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Accountancy or related field, with 2–3 years in accounting/finance, and proficiency in MS Office with Advanced Excel; basic SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate in BS in Accountancy or accounting-related course.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting/finance.
• Knowledge of finance reports.

Responsabilités

• Pull-out and return of documents during audits.
• Receive (in) and transmittal (out) of finance-related documents.
• Filing and safekeeping of documents.
• Set-up document control system.
• Report on document control system status and progress.
