• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and provide analysis of significant variances.
• Develop financial models and analysis to support business decisions, investments, pricing, expansion, and cost management.
• Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators.

Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Review management accounts and financial reports before submission to senior management.
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and other professional advisers.
