Job summary

Asia Brewery Incorporated seeks a seasoned Chief Finance Officer to steer the company’s finance and accounting functions, shaping financial strategy to enable growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.

The role oversees planning, treasury, compliance, governance, and performance management, while ensuring regulatory reporting integrity and strong internal controls. Leadership of the finance team and stakeholder liaison with the Board are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA license is required.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance and accounting.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or multinational organizations is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in financial strategy, treasury management, budgeting, compliance, governance, and FP&A.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive decision-making.

This role also drives organizational excellence by leading and developing the finance team, strengthening internal controls, and providing strategic financial guidance to executive leadership and the Board.
