Job summary

Hive Health Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Controller to lead financial control and operations, including general accounting, A/P, and A/R, ensuring accurate records and strong internal controls.

The role partners with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to scale the business, implement process improvements, and automate workflows while driving compliance across PH regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting, controllership, audit, or finance operations with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, general accounting, internal controls, A/P, A/R, cash management, and PH tax/regulatory requirements.
• Experience with month-end/year-end close processes, external audits, and financial compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain internal controls across accounting, payables, receivables, and related finance operations.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close to ensure accurate financial statements.
• Lead A/P, A/R operations, ensuring timely payments, billing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Support audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance with regulators and auditors.
• Provide leadership across General Accounting, A/P, A/R, and financial reporting; drive process improvements.
