Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is hiring a Finance Controller Associate in Makati for a hybrid dayshift role. You will align with the finance controller and finance director, handling monthly client billing and coordinating dispute resolutions with the CS team.

You will also manage reverse billing to vendors, address vendor disputes promptly, and collaborate with CS and OPS to resolve issues while driving efficiency and data quality improvements across processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance controllership.
• Amenable to be interviewed in person in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the finance controller manager/finance director.
• Bill clients on a monthly basis and provide dispute resolution with the CS team.
• Provide reverse billing to vendors and respond to vendor disputes in a timely manner.
• Work with cross-functional teams (CS and OPS) to provide dispute resolution.
• Ensure efficiency and data quality improvement in own processes.
