Company H3 TECHNOLOGY PHILS., INC. is seeking a Finance Manager to lead accounting operations, balance sheet reconciliation, and financial statement review in Pampanga. The role requires strong GAAP and PFRS knowledge, a BS Accountancy, and 5+ years in finance reporting or management.

Key Reponsibilities Balance sheet reconciliation and FS review

• Responsible for all aspects of accounting (AR, AP, Sales, Collection, Payroll, Inventory & etc.)
• Oversee financial statements for accuracy, completeness and compliance with accounting standards
• Analyze financial information and reports to identify financial risks and opportunities. Observe trends and discrepancies and offer insights to help with the decision-making process

Control and compliance

• Develop, implement and improve financial accounting system, process and procedures --- Adhere to company policies and procedures to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations and mitigate risks effectively

Statutory and tax governance

• Manage statutory and tax compliance requirements with relevant government agencies such as Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and local government
• Coordinate external audits, ensuring full compliance with statutory financial audit standards Cash

Management, AR, AP, Inventory and Overall working capital

• Manage working capital by overseeing accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory and overall cash management activities

Payroll

• Oversee semi-monthly payroll to ensure accuracy

Report

• Provide financial analyses and reporting to senior management
• Responsible in conducting cost-benefit analyses

FX forecasting and analysis

• conduct foreign currency exchange (FX) forecasting and analysis to manage currency risks and optimize financial performance.

Cost Control & Coaching

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Develop the accounting department team skill & competencies through coaching. Evaluate performance of the accounting team and provide timely feedback. Ensure the staff members are aligned in the course of performing their functions

Job Qualifications

• BS Accountancy or equivalent
• Preferably 5 years of experience in finance reporting and/or management
• With in-depth background in corporate finance and knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and (Philippine Financial Reporting Standards) PFRS
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Excellent leadership/management and communication skill
• Proficient in MS office, specially Excel and other financial software
• Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement
