Job summary

SGV, a member firm of EY, is seeking a Senior Associate in Finance within its Business Consulting Finance practice in Makati. The role focuses on client relationship management, project leadership, and delivering finance transformation and performance improvement engagements.

Ideal candidates have strong accounting credentials (BSA or equivalent), several years of relevant consulting experience, and a track record of developing teams and delivering insights to clients.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience including people management.
• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (or related degree) and professional certifications preferred.
• Experience in finance, assurance, tax, strategy or transactions and consulting.

Responsibilities

• Direct point of contact for client and team; manage client relationships and communications.
• Understand account management framework and assist in resolving engagement issues.
• Develop and deliver clear, impactful presentations to clients.
• Translate complex technical concepts for client understanding.
• Meet or exceed consulting utilization targets and contribute to project success.
• Support growth opportunities and operations improvements for client businesses.
• Mentor Associates and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Coordinate with service lines and sub-service lines to deliver value.
