Job summary

Inchcape Global Business Services APAC Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Finance Business Partner – Subject Matter Expert to drive financial planning, reporting, and strategic insights.

The role is hybrid, permanent, based in BGC, Taguig, supporting global operations with a focus on accuracy and compliance. You will partner with operations, sales and HR to optimize cash flow, manage costs, and strengthen internal controls while coordinating internal and external audits and delivering meaningful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt/Black Belt) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years as Finance Senior Analyst in a multinational or large organization.
• Knowledge of taxation framework, PEZA compliance and BIR regulatory framework.
• Knowledge of IFRS and international finance reporting requirements.
• Experience with SAP, Concur, Basware, Coupa and Manage Engine is valued.
• At least 2 years in finance operations within a shared services environment.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for management.
• Monitor costs and expenses; provide insights for cost optimization and efficiency.

Our Central Entity department is seeking a Subject Matter Expert to join our team in BGC, Taguig.

In this position you will play a crucial role insupporting the performance and planning within the organization, ensuring financial health, compliance, and informed decision-making that contributes to overall business success.

What you’ll do:

• Financial Planning and Analysis: support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Financial Reporting: support preparation and present accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for management.
• Cost Management: Monitor and analyze costs and expenses, providing insights and recommendations for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Support compliance with BIR and Local Government authorities, financial regulations and standards, managing risk and implementing internal controls to safeguard organizational assets.
• Cash Flow Management: Support cash flow projections and working capital, ensuring the organization maintains sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., operations, sales, HR) to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Audit Coordination: Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of any financial discrepancies or issues.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Operations Management or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Professional certifications in Lean, Six Signa, or similar methodologies (e.g. Green Belt, Black Belt) are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Finance Senior Analyst preferably within a multinational or large-scale organization.
• Knowledge of taxation framework, PEZA compliance and BIR regulatory framework
• Knowledge in IFRS and International Finance regulations and Reports.
• Knowledge of SAP, Concur, Basware, Coupa, Manage Engine is valued.
