Csod is seeking a Manager, Finance Business Partner to support daily financial partner operations, plan and develop plans based on business needs, and build financial models for insightful decision making.

The role emphasizes collaboration with regional and local stakeholders on management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and identifying growth opportunities and risks to drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Work with regional and local stakeholders on management reporting, variance analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
• Identify growth opportunities and risk areas for the business.
• Develop plans based on business needs to achieve growth and profitability.
• Create financial models, dashboards, or tools to assess investments, pricing, or new product launches.
• Generate data, select appropriate tools to analyze and present findings to stakeholders.
• Identify and propose business process improvements to automate or streamline regular tasks.

Job description

The Manager, Finance Business Partner is directly reporting to Senior Finance BusinessPartner and responsible to assist in the day-to-day Financial Business Partner operations.Plan, review, and develop plans based on business needs, create financial models, andanalyze and evaluate reports, trends, and other data. This will also develop and maintain goodworking relationships with stakeholders and identify and recommend business processinitiatives.

ROLE

• Work closely with regional and localstakeholders on matters including but notlimited to management reporting, varianceanalysis, forecasting and budgeting,identification of growth opportunities and riskareas.
• Develop plans based on an in-depthunderstanding of business needs with theobjective of achieving growth and profitabilitytargets
• Provide and create financial models,dashboards, or tools based on business plans,new channels and business developmentopportunities to understand the impact ofinvestment, pricing or new product launchdecisions
• Generate and order data, select appropriatetools to analyze and manipulate data, andpresent the findings to the relevantstakeholders
• Identify and recommend business processimprovement projects to automate or streamline regular task to drive businessefficiency
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned fromtime-to-time
